Introduction to the Resource Hub

Since 2019 ReScape envisioned a transformative platform to empower cities, organizations, companies, nonprofits, climate action groups, and communities. Today, that vision becomes reality with the launch of our Resource Hub —a dynamic gathering place designed to inspire action, foster collaboration, and tackle the urgent challenges of climate change.

More than just a resource center, the Hub is a space where innovation meets determination, and where the collective power of communities drives real, lasting change. The Hub offers a wealth of actionable tools, strategies, and resources, including training opportunities, tools, apps, maps, research, products, companies, demonstration projects, and equity-focused solutions. It serves as a catalyst for robust dialogue, enabling communities to share information, identify challenges, and co-create solutions. You can be part of a movement that uplifts people and planet.

Together, we can address climate challenges head-on—protecting water and air quality, advancing energy efficiency, building healthy soils, sequestering carbon, and ensuring climate equity. Through shared knowledge and united efforts, we have the power to turn today’s challenges into tomorrow’s solutions.

We invite you to join us. Contribute your voice, share your insights, and collaborate with a growing community of changemakers. The Resource Hub is your platform to make a difference—whether through policy development, sharing best practices, designing a community benefit project, posting funding needs, or simply engaging in meaningful dialogue.

Let’s rise together with hope and unwavering determination. Step forward. Be the solution. Join the movement—explore, connect, and contribute today.

Climate Action Programs

Climate Action Plans

The California Air Resources Board  outlines a roadmap for California to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045 or earlier. The 2022 Scoping Plan recommends that local jurisdictions prepare a Climate Action Plan (CAP). A CAP is a framework for quantifying, tracking, and reducing GHG emissions within a jurisdiction’s purview. There are three priority areas: to support local GHG reductions through zero-emission transportation, reductions in vehicle miles Traveled (VMT), and building decarbonization. Below is a partial list of CAPs.

Regenerative Organizations
Agriculture & Urban

Regenerative agriculture turns farming into a force for healing by mimicking natural systems to restore soil health, boost biodiversity, and build climate resilience. Through practices like agroforestry and managed grazing, it enriches ecosystems, strengthens water systems, and supports thriving communities. With decades of research behind it, regenerative agriculture offers a proven path to sustainable food production and ecological renewal. Grassroots organizations are driving this global movement toward a healthier, more resilient future.
